Pakistan Army contingent left for United Nations Mission

Islamabad - A Pakistan Army contingent left for United Nations Mission at Darfur Sudan.  According to ISPR, the contingent is comprised of 22 Officers, 9 Junior Commissioned Officers and 214 Soldiers.

Presently a contingent comprising 500 troops of Pakistan Army including Engineers & Doctors are rending valuable services in Darfur.

Pakistani troops are employed at United Nations Peacekeeping Mission in Darfur since 2008.
